if you can’t make it to a local march in solidarity with the protests in washington d.c. during the inauguration on jan 20th and the protests on jan 21st, you could turn your tv(s) to a channel other than the one’s that are airing the inauguration on jan 20th, and also spread spread encouragement for participation in the actions and donate if you can.
